1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging WebZap for services or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users.

2. Services

WebZap provides web design, web development, mobile app development, software development, digital marketing, SEO, and AI solutions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.

3. Payment Terms

• Projects typically require a deposit before work commences (50% or as specified in the proposal)
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestone schedule
• Late payments may attract a 2% per month surcharge
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom-developed work product (excluding third-party licensed components). WebZap retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and access credentials required for project delivery. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

WebZap's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
