Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WebZap, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our work — custom software, design, and development — our refund policy is as follows:

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice via email to support@webzap.in. The following cancellation terms apply based on project stage:

• Before project commencement: Full refund of any advance payment, minus a 5% administrative fee.
• After design/planning phase (up to 25% completion): 50% of any advance paid is refundable.
• After development begins (25%–75% completion): No refund on work completed. Unused advance may be credited toward future work at our discretion.
• After 75% completion or delivery: No refund. Client is responsible for the full agreed amount.

2. Digital Marketing & SEO

Monthly retainer services (SEO, Social Media, PPC) are billed in advance. Cancellation requires 30-day written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once work has commenced for that month.

3. Domain & Hosting

Domain registration and hosting fees are non-refundable once purchased from our providers, as these costs are directly incurred on your behalf.

4. Revision Policy

All projects include a defined number of revision rounds as per the agreed scope of work. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Revision requests do not entitle clients to a refund.

5. Delivery Delays by WebZap

If WebZap significantly delays delivery beyond the agreed timeline (more than 30 days) without valid reason or force majeure, the client may be entitled to a partial refund or credit for the delayed portion. This will be assessed case by case.

6. Disputes

If you believe you have a legitimate claim for a refund not covered above, please contact us at support@webzap.in. We will review all claims in good faith and respond within 5 business days.
